Is your merchandise officially licensed?
Yes, all products sold at Shop OSU Buckeyes are 100% officially licensed by the Ohio State University and the NCAA.
How do I know what size to order?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Can I track my order once it ships?
Absolutely. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. We are working on expanding to international destinations soon.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement immediately.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
